Title: Senior Contracts Manager, Operations Support

Compensation: $99k base, bonuses and benefits and contributions --6% 401k,

 Reporting to the Manager, Supply Chain Management, Anne will draft and negotiate contracts on behalf of the company for all supply chain (operations) issues (purchase, sale, lease, manufacturing, equipment, construction, etc.). She will also work as liaison with the Law Department, and train others in procurement matters. She likes her new work environment:

 This job usually gets me home to eat dinner with my family, but always to give my child her bath, and read bedtime stories. It is a heavily regulated company, so the contracts are similar to those I managed in healthcare.

 There are bonuses that are entirely merit based. There are also "spot" awards, for things done especially well. Furthermore, they match a full 6% of base salary in a 401k, and contribute monthly to a pension account which is based not only on seniority and years worked, but also on age, so you dont always have the worry of starting from scratch on vested money after retirement.

 Thankfully, this job lets me stay in my house that is very comfortable, in a great area, and a good area to raise my daughter, the one thing that means more to me than any job in the world.
